**Terms & Conditions - UNIMED Online Dental Store**
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online dental store ("Store") operated by Unimed Medical Supplies Co LLC ("Unimed") in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store.

Unimed operates an online platform where users can browse, select, and purchase dental supplies and equipment ("Products"). The availability of Products may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

a. **Registration**: In order to make purchases through the Store, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. & you confirm that you are a licensed dental or/and medical center/clinic, A licensed dental laboratory or/and a licensed dentist or Lab Technician
b. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Unimed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
**3. Orders and Payments**
a. **Order Placement**: By placing an order through the Store, you authorize Unimed to process a transaction on your behalf with the selected Products.
b. **Payment**: Payment for Products purchased through the Store must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on the Store are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified.
c. **Order Confirmation**: Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the order summary and payment details.
**4. Delivery**
a. **Shipping**: Unimed will endeavor to ship Products to the address provided during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of Products. Unimed reserves the right to use third-party courier services for deliveries.
b. **Risk of Loss**: The risk of loss and title for Products purchased from the Store pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

a. **Return Policy**: Unimed offers a return policy for defective or damaged Products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the Products.
b. **Refunds**: Refunds for returned Products will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the returned Products, subject to inspection and approval of the return.
